DOING PYHSICAL ACTIVITIES AT CROWNE PLAZA HEALTH CLUB

Sherry and I do physical activities at Crowne Plaza Health Club. Crowne Plaza Health Club is on the 9th floor of Crowne Plaza in Xinjiekou. This health club has modern equipments and professional coaches. The environment here is attractive. Sherry and I decided to do one-month exercise at Crowne Plaza Health Club.

Sherry and I started doing exercise on Jan 23th. We arrived there at 10 a.m. It is the first time I used the running machine. I ran on the running machine 30 minutes. I never ran such a long time. I had a 12-minute running text before. However, I got a C at that time. Running on the machine and running on the plastic track are different. Running on the plastic track is easier to get tired than running on the machine. The wind, moisture, temperature and sunshine affect people. Running on the machine will avoid these effect factors. Running machine can record time, heart rate, distance and calories. Running on the machine also protect people’s joints.

Of course, Sherry and I had many fun things during doing physical activities in the Health Club. The first time we arrived at Health Club, we tried some machine that we never seen. We looked funny. The machines were too heavy to be used. I knew that, but we just wanted to try. During “analyzing” the machines, we knew the uses of each device.

I learnt a lot from doing exercise in the Health Club. I learnt willpower from sport. I felt tired at the 13th minute when I was running, but I knew I should keep running. I adjusted my breath and kept running. When I finished running, I felt successful. I was proud of myself. I also learnt the importance of rest. Keep working is a wrong way to prove. Having a rest means to add energy. If people don’t have energy, he or she will not finish the work correctly. Having a good rest is necessary.

After doing physical activities, I am healthier than before. I lost 4 kilograms during exercising. The most important thing is I got a valuable friendship. Sherry and I become closer. I found a real friend. We do exercises almost every day, so we see each other almost every day. I felt happy when we stayed together. She is humorous and outgoing. She also works hard. Working with her will prove our personal ability.

I love swimming and badminton. I want to do well in running, I need interested in running. Actually, I found running a little interesting. Running in the school can be good for my health and running exam. My goal is to run in the school two times a week, and go to the Health Club two times a week. Sherry will be my supervisor.

Doing exercise in the Health Club was a good experience to me. I got many valuable things in this month. Going outside is much better than staying home. I am glad to do exercise with Sherry. I will keep doing exercise in the future.
